On the Noon website:

Login or create an account on https://www.noon.com/uae-en/
Go to 'My Accounts' and select 'noon credits'
Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and the 4-digit pin. Click on 'Redeem' and the amount will be added to your noon credit balance visible on the payment age.
